DeLorey Solutions is a family owned and operated Machine shop located in New Franken, Wisconsin. We have three employees with experience in Electrical Engineering, Metal Fabrication, Flexographic Printing Supplies, and Automotive mechanics.
John Shoulak
Machinist/ Shop Foreman
John has been employed as a machinist/ millwright since 1960. He has worked in a variety of industries ranging from machine manufacturing to large volume production. He has become an invaluable source of knowledge for our business.
Pete DeLorey
Vice President/ Lead Mechanic
Eagle Scout
Pete is our specialist for the Cello/ Poly Bag industry. He is an ASE Certified automotive mechanic with eight years of experience. Using a systematic approach to diagnose and repair problems, Pete will provide an efficient solution to minimize machine downtime.
Patrick DeLorey
President
Pat is an Professional Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. He began working in the converting industry for Proctor & Gamble in 1980, as an Automatic Controls Engineer. In 1984, after obtaining professional registration, he was hired by CPR & Associates as the Power and Control Department Manager. Pat worked his way into becoming one of five major shareholders until the company was sold in 1997.
Since then, Pat has been working as a Lead Project Engineer for Paper Converting Machine Company, Kocken & Associates, and Raasch & Associates. He is also the Chairman of the Board for Precision Paper Converting, a tissue manufacturing company located in Kaukauna, WI.
